Our Truck & Trailer Ovens
Our fleet includes a brand new, state of the art Food Truck built out of a 26ft shipping container. Built within it is a massive Mugnani Wood Fired Pizza Oven featuring a 7ft diameter baking surface, perfect for easily catering events of up to 300 guests. We also utilize (2) large Forno Bravo™ Woodfired Pizza Oven trailers for larger events. At full capacity we can provide enough fresh baked pizzas to feed up to 1000 guests in 2hrs, making us perfect for gatherings large and small!
